Understanding Calendar Type Options

Service Calendars

  • A Service Calendar is a tailored calendar created to simplify service-based businesses' scheduling process. In this calendar type, users can create different services they offer, group them by categories, and display them all in one scheduling link - the Service Menu.
  • These calendars seamlessly integrate with your staff's availability, allowing you to configure your team members, assign services to specific groups, set the service duration and accept payments from customers during the booking process.

Simple Calendar

  • The Simple Calendar is suitable when creating a calendar for a single individual.
  • Choose the Simple Calendar type if you only need to schedule events, meetings, or appointments for one person.

Round Robin Calendar

  • The Round Robin calendar is suitable when creating a calendar for multiple individuals.
  • It is designed to follow a sequential order, starting with person A first appointment, then person B for the next, and so on.

Class Booking Calendar

  • Class Calendars are designed to manage one-to-many events where multiple invitees can attend a single booking. These calendars are ideal for webinars, workshops, training sessions, and sports events. In a Class Calendar, there can only be one appointment owner, typically the trainer or host. The number of spots per slot can be set.

Collective Booking Calendar
  • Collective Booking is a feature that enables scheduling meetings involving multiple team members simultaneously. It integrates individual team members' availability into a shared calendar, allowing for unified scheduling. This feature facilitates seamless group interactions, perfect for collaborative sales calls

Understanding the Differences

  • Simple Calendar: Single person's calendar for events and appointments.
  • Round Robin: Sequential sign-up for individual meetings.
  • Class Booking: Group activity scheduling with multiple participants signing up for a specific time slot.
  • Collective Booking: Multiple internal team members need to be on the same meeting with a participant.
