If you wish to Bulk Enroll Contacts into an automation, please contact our Vintory Support team via a Support Ticket or email us at support@vintory.com after completing the following steps:
Step 1: Create your Smart List

Create your desired Smart List using the appropriate filters.
Step 2: Make your Smart List global
- Save the list as a Global View.
- Navigate to Contacts and then Manage Smart Lists at the top.
- Locate the list you want and select the icon to the right for Share Smart List.
- Select Share with all users (Global List) and SAVE it.
Step 3: Contact Support
- Submit a support ticket or email support@vintory.com with your request. Please be sure to state the following:
- Smart List you wish to use for bulk enrollment.
- Instructions on your goal for bulk enrollment and the specific workflow you've created.
Example: Please bulk update the Assigned User to "Anna McDonald" for the following Smart List titled "Re-assign to Anna" using workflow titled "Update User".
