Updated: May 12, 2026 --- ### **Booking Appointments in the Contact's Tab** 1. Navigate to the **Contacts** tab. Locate the Contact you wish to set the appointment.  To the left of the Contact, click on the **3 dots** and select **Book Appointment. A new window will appear. Complete the appointment details. First, select the correct calendar from the dropdown that’s integrated in the platform. Update the date and time and input the appointment title. Add any additional notes if needed by clicking on **Show Notes.** Expand the **Additional Preferences **section to customize the Meeting Location and Appointment Status. Once complete, click **Book Appointment**. Navigate to the **Contacts** tab from the menu pane. Complete the appointment details. First, select the correct calendar from the dropdown that's integrated in the platform. Update the date, time slot, meeting location and input the appointment title.
