Agent Reporting
An overview of the Agent Reporting

You can access this report by navigating to "Reporting" from the menu pane > clicking "Agent Reporting" (top menu)
The report includes:
- Overview of team performance at a quick glance.
- Opportunities view displaying statistics, conversion rates, SMS data, email metrics, call statistics, and efficiency metrics.
- Leaderboard displaying the highest number of opportunities and the most successful opportunities.
- Ability to compare performance metrics across different time periods.
Choose one or multiple users to compare and see Leaderboard Stats along with the date range. Once entered selected "Fetch" to generate reports.
Agent Reporting focuses on tracking calls based on individual agents/staff members
