      Agent Outreach - Recent Touch Workflow

      An Overview on Vintory's Recent Touch Workflow

      RT 1

      1. Once an opportunity is tagged as either MLS Closed or MLS New, they will move through the Recent Touch workflow.
      2. After 1 hour of being tagged, a second tag (Recent Touch) will be added to the opportunity and contact card
      3. After 30 days, this tag will be removed  to keep your Agent Outreach data fresh.

      We do not recommend making any changes to this Workflow
