An Overview on Vintory's Recent Touch Workflow

  1. Once an opportunity is tagged as either MLS Closed or MLS New, they will move through the Recent Touch workflow.
  2. After 1 hour of being tagged, a second tag (Recent Touch) will be added to the opportunity and contact card
  3. After 30 days, this tag will be removed  to keep your Agent Outreach data fresh.
