Closed Listing Outreach Workflow

In the "Closed Listing Outreach" workflow, once a property has closed and is marked in the MLS, a series of actions are automatically triggered.

 

Here is a detailed overview of the Triggered Actions:

 

  1. Generating Opportunities: An opportunity is automatically created, tagged as "MLS closed," and placed within the "Agent Outreach Pipeline" under the pipeline stage "Email Sent to Buyer's Agent."

  2. Listing Notes: Details about the property are recorded in the listing notes section within the contact information.

  3. Automated Email: An email is sent to the respective agent, encouraging them to refer the client for property management services.
  4. Response Tracking: When the agent responds, the opportunity moves to the "Responsive Buyers Agent" stage in the pipeline, indicating active engagement.

 

To access Closed Listing Outreach workflow, navigate to Automations from the menu pane, locate and select "Agent Outreach" folder, here you will see four new workflows. "Recent Touch", "Closed Listing Outreach", "New Listing Outreach", and "Realtor Projection Nurture."
