Adding SMS and Email Templates

Learn to add SMS and Email Templates (Snippets)

1. In your account, navigate to Conversations
2. In the menu bar on top, select "Snippets"
   1. Doing so will bring you to a screen of your existing email and text templates which can be differentiated by viewing the "Type' column
   2. The column to the right of "Type" will allow you the option of editing or deleting the selected template.
   
3. Once you've created your templates, you can utilize them in your conversations!
   
   1. Simply select the "Document" icon and insert the desired template
   2. It is highly recommended, to test your snippets before using them with contacts.
